Mesotherapy is a non-surgical aesthetic treatment. This involves implanting a cocktail of vitamins and antioxidants into the upper and middle layers of the skin. Depending on the client and their requirements, during our mesotherapy we use a needling pen or a derma roller (this is fully discussed at the consultation). Thousands of micro-needles are pressed against the skin using an electronic device, and as the holes close the adjoining skin regenerates and repairs. Mesotherapy enhances blood circulation, allowing faster penetration of these vitamins and antioxidants into the skin, allowing faster removal of toxins from the skin.
There is 3 core mesotherapy cocktails that we like to use. CLINICARE Glow, Tight and Refresh. These all contain varying combinations of Hyaluronic Acid, Peptides and other active ingredients to enhance your skin. At the free consultation, we access the skin and the condition and advise on the best treatment for you. Using these cocktails, we can tighten loose skin, reduce pigmentation, melasma, sun damage, acne scarring, acne spots and dull tired skin.
The CLINICCARE EGF Glow mesotherapy cocktail contains a mixture of anti-pigmentation, hydrating, firming, tightening and antioxidant ingredients to eliminate uneven skin tone (such as age spots, melasma and sun damage), and to restore moisture and firmness caused by the degradation of native hyaluronic acid and collagen fibres.
• Cliniccare mesotherapy offers fast-acting relief for pigmented and dehydrated skin
• Provides long-lasting hydration
• Suitable for hyperpigmented skin with or without wrinkles
• Palmitoyl Oligopeptide – Increases collagen and hyaluronic acid levels in the skin.
The EGF TIGHT mesotherapy cocktail by CLINICCARE has a mixture of skin rejuvenating, hydrating, firming, tightening and antioxidant ingredients to restore moisture and firmness caused by the degradation of native hyaluronic acid and collagen fibres.

Q: Does Mesotherapy hurt?
A: During the consultation we discuss the skin type and we use several different sizes of derma rollers and microneedles to suit the skin. We work up from a low needle to get the skin used to the needle. In some cases where people have sensitive skin, it is possible to use a topical anesthetic.
Q: How many treatments will I need?
A: Depending on the condition, it could be anything from one to four treatments.
Q: How often should I have Mesotherapy?
A: Mesotherapy can be treated every 4-6 weeks.
Q: What are the risks of Mesotherapy?
A: Risks would be due to any medication being taken and any medical conditions. This would all be discussed at the consultation. If we foresee any complications, we may request consent from you GP, alternatively we may decline treatment as our client’s safety is always first.
Q: What is the difference between Mesotherapy and Microneedling?
A: Mesotherapy and Microneedling are very similar treatments. They can work in the same way but Mesotherapy uses specific serums to penetrate to absorb into the skin better. This can be more suitable for really hydrating the skin and if the skin needs more TLC.
Q: Is Mesotherapy just available for the facial area?
A: No, the face, neck, breasts and décolletage can all be treated with mesotherapy.
Microneedling is a non-surgical aesthetic treatment, which is a fantastic way to encourage your skin to produce collagen. As we age the skin stops producing as much collagen which makes us lose volume and elasticity. Microneedling is used using a needling pen or dermaroller, depending on the client’s requirements. In most cases during microneedling thousands of micro-needles are pressed against the skin using an electronic device, and as the holes close the adjoining skin regenerates and repairs. This is a great treatment for acne scarring, stretch marks, loose skin and pigmentation. Microneedling is safe procedure including those with sensitive skin. and can even be used on sensitive skin.
Microneedling can be used on any area on the body, which on a microscopic level tricks the brain into thinking the skin is damaged due to this blood is sent to the area and the skin starts to produce oxygen and collagen which helps cell renewal, this process pushes collagen into the area, this then can repair and rejuvenate the skin.
Key benefits of Microneedling:
• Fantastic results in reducing stretch marks – very few treatments offer this
• A natural way to help your skin produce collagen
• Minimal down time
• State of the art, non-surgical aesthetic treatment
Q: Does Microneedling hurt?
A: Some areas may be more sensitive than others, it is possible to use a topical anesthetic in this case.
Q: How long does Microneedling last?
A: Some results can be permanent, others due to the nature of the area for example, loose skin – If it is a case of lack of collagen, over time the collagen will then diminish, meaning top up treatments may be needed. This will be discussed in the consultation.
Q: Can I have Microneedling whilst breastfeeding?
A: Unfortunately, Microneedling is not possible during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Q: I’m on medication for my skin, is Microneedling still possible?
A: Depending on the medication, we would seek consent from your GP before any treatment is taken place.
Q: Can Microneedling help with sun-damaged skin?
A: Yes, it can help with brown spots, scarring, stretch marks and sun damage through the production of new collagen
This luxurious treatment is using the 3D Lipo machine. Radio Frequency energy uses 40 degrees of heat to trick the skin into thinking its damaged, when your skin thinks its damaged as per the microneedling process, the skin starts to produce oxygen which stimulates collagen and elastin production, due to this the skin repairs itself. This process renews skin cells and therefore leaving a fresher looking, toned youthful glow. Its suitable for the majority of people with no downtime and a rise in popularity due to its sculpting results. Unlike some similar facials in Norwich and on the current market our Radio Frequency facial uses heat energy being electrical rather than light which is a lot more effective
Radio Frequency is a fantastic treatment that instantly improves dull and tired looking skin. It also enhances blood circulation allowing blood to pump round the face, helping to replace the volume and tightening the skin.
Key benefits of Radio Frequency:
• Pain free alternative to other methods of skin tightening
• Results can be seen instantly
• Fantastic alternative to the Caci Facial
Q: How long does the treatment take?
A: The Collagen Induction Therapy facial can take 20/30 minutes, depending on the consumption of water that day. If you are to drink more water, your skin heats up quicker due to the water in the skin which then takes slightly less time.
Q: Can I have this treatment whilst I am pregnant?
A: No, unfortunately you cannot use Radio Frequency, which is used for the facial, whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.
Q: How many treatments would I need?
A: We recommend between 1-6 treatments depending on the severity of the skins condition.
Q: What is this facial best for?
A: This facial is best for getting the skin to naturally produce collagen, replacing volume, reducing fine lines, wrinkles and brightening the skin.
Q: How does this feel?
A: This feels like a warm massage. Some people feel pins and needles, but generally the feedback is a warm massage.
Key benefits of Chemical Peels:
• Fast effective treatment
• Minimal downtime
• Works fantastic on problematic skin and pigmentation
• Deep exfoliation
Prescription Peels are perfect for refreshing tired and dull skin, and generally recharging skin that is damaged through scarring or pigmentation. They regenerate the skin by removing dead cells from the surface, revealing healthy cells underneath. Here are the chemical peels that we carry out:
As mentioned previously, we use different products to suit the clients, our favourite peels are the CLINICARE and the peels are as follows:
1. Glow Aha Peel – helps hyperpigmentation, age spots and dull/tired looking skin
This is a superficial glycolic acid (28%) peel that exfoliates the skin, encouraging the growth of new skin cells. Removing the dead skin cells, your skin will be left feeling rejuvenated, fresh and awake again. With added Kojic Acid (4%) to aid with brightening and reduce the appearance of dark areas of the skin, it’s a pigmentation facial that produces great results.
2. Pure BHA Peel – ideal to hydrate and rejuvenate sensitive skin and skin prone to acne
This mild salicylic acid (20%) peel is derived from willow tree bark that is both anti-inflammatory and antiseptic – a perfect solution for skin breakouts. This BHA peel also has a mild anaesthetic effect to reduce the pain associated with acne. Combined with lactic acid (12%) and glycolic acid (12%), this facial peel stimulates the production of collagen and reduces the amount of surface oil on the skin.
3. Refresh AHA Peel – helps to fine lines and wrinkles, firming the skin and adding moisture
Created with 48% glycolic acid, this refresh peel strips the epidermis layer of the skin, stimulating the growth of new skin cells. This toning facial peel also contains phytic acid, which protects the skin from free radicals (often released due to exposure of sunlight), helping to repair breaks in the DNA strands and thus smoothing out lines.
Q: How do I know which peel will be best for me?
A: The strength and type of peel will be discussed and advised depending on your treatment concerns.
Q: How many peels do I need?
A: Depending on the strength, we offer peels from every one to four weeks.
Q: Can it be used in conjunction with any other treatment?
A: Yes, we often offer courses of microneedling or mesotherapy with chemical peels in between to enhance treatment.
Q: Can I go tanning?
A: We would not recommend tanning, as this is bad for the skin. If you do go into the sunlight, we would always advise a broad spectrum of SPF 50 on the face, as it is a very sensitive area.
Q: Will my skin peel?
A: With a very sensitive skin, there is a possibility area of the skin may feel dry and possibly peel. This will all be discussed at the consultation. The case where the face would peel would generally be using a stronger peel and we use peels up to the strength of 38%, which we gradually increase each visit to get the skin used to the peel.
Q: What do I do if my face becomes red after a chemical peel?
A: This is a normal process as the new skin cells are regenerating. The redness is just a result of the body’s natural inflammatory response.
Dermaplaning is a non-surgical facial toning technique that not only manually exfoliates the epidermis of the skin, but also removes the fine hairs (commonly known as peach fuzz). This layer often traps dirt and oil, a prime cause of breakouts.
A surgical blade is gently moved over the surface of the skin to manually remove any dead cells. This allows skin products to penetrate deep into the dermal layer, increasing the absorption of the active ingredients.
The Luxe & Lift Dermaplane Facial – A double cleansed, toned, this facial is great for exfoliating dermaplanning facial takes place followed by a specific bespoke serum mask tailored to your skin concerns.
Key benefits of Dermaplaning:
• Improves skin tone
• Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
• Improves overall appearance of the skin
• Removes 2-3 weeks’ worth of dead skin cells
• Removes peach fuzz and improves cell renewal
Q: Is the Dermaplaning treatment lengthy?
A: Dermaplaning is a very quick procedure, with few side effects, removing 2 to 3 weeks’ worth of dead skin in one treatment.
