I’ve been having laser hair removal with Lauren, and I saw results after the first session, the hairs got so much thinner and lighter and I no longer have to shave/wax constantly. Have no hair left now! Before starting, Lauren gave me all the information I needed to know and made sure I was 100% comfortable before encouraging me to book in. Every session (had 8 in total on the face), I felt so happy and comfortable, and the slight pain was definitely bearable and worth the amazing results. Some other beauty clinics only care about money and here, they genuinely only care about your well-being and have proper knowledge on all the treatments. I have had 7 sessions of laser hair removal for facial hair at Norwich Face and Body Clinic, and it has been a great... experience.The information available on the website was really thorough, but I was still a little unsure until my initial session with Lauren. Lauren is so kind and cheerful, and really put me at ease. She explained everything again, and always asked me to contact the clinic if I had any worries afterwards.And now, no dark hair on my chin area, which really helps with self esteem! So, for anyone who is caught in two minds about trying laser hair removal, for me this was so worth the money! Thanks again to Lauren and NFBC, it was a really positive experience.read more

Highly recommend.. Lauren is so friendly and makes me feel so at ease every-time I go for tattoo laser removal. After speaking to Lauren on the phone discussing my concerns about facial procedures and what options I had as a first... time user, I booked an appointment. The service I received today was above and beyond anything I had expected. Lauren was very formative, professional and made me feel very comfortable and welcome when I arrived for my appointment. At 25, I was concerned about sun damage from previous sunbed use, and she made me feel at ease. All options were explained in depth, backed up by statistics, before and after photos, and a lot of knowledge. Her passion for skincare was comforting and I felt as if I was in safe hands during my appointment. I was reassured throughout, and felt no pressure to make any decisions. I can't recommend enough. Lauren and Chloe were very informative about laser hair removal treatment! I started this treatment prior to covid and... when I had my first laser hair removal; both Chloe and Lauren were welcoming and lovely! Lauren took an interest in me and my life and made me feel super comfortable! They’re both amazing people who would make you feel comfortable with any sort of treatment you’re having. I’m 8 sessions in due to covid messing up treatment sessions but at this point I have little to no hair left under my underarm! This has been the best decision I’ve made as it’s lightened my underarm skin colour and my hairs aren’t thick anymore! I would definitely recommend this clinic and wouldn’t change it to anyone else!read more

I had 5 or 6 laser tattoo removal sessions elsewhere in Norwich, but saw nowhere near the results I have had in just... one session with Lauren.I decided to visit NF&BC after my previous sessions stopped working - the last two sessions didn’t show any difference between them which was really disappointing (and a waste of money) - I was told it was unlikely it would fade any more at this point and that it was my skin that was the problem… yet after one session with Lauren the tattoo is now nearly gone… They very evidently have a machine that actually works to an extremely high standard - it was a completely different experience to the results I had had previously.I pay slightly more here than I was before, but that just shows how you get exactly what you pay for & I wish I had come here from the start as I actually would have ended up saving money & would have just had a much better experience overall. It’s such a lovely environment with a truly kind, caring and professional team - really couldn’t recommend enough.read more

Amazing service.Chloe and Lauren are both so friendly and always make you feel at ease. They are professional but... still remember small details about you and always make the effort to ask about you and make sure you feel comfortable.They were very informative before I started my treatment as I had lots of questions and were always at the end of the phone either via text or phone call If I has another question. They really reassured me and made me feel like I was making the right choice.I am currently half way through my treatment and seeing amazing results. I saw results after my first treatment which I was so surprised but super happy with. Wow! This place is amazing.From walking in, I could immediately tell this place was special! You are made to feel so... welcome by Grace. And then I had a consultation with Lauren, she was amazing! Unlike other salons who would just take your money, she actually recommended the areas that would benefit from treatment and gave me advice on what I could do at home for my other concerns, so I didn’t just spend money and not see results. I absolutely love this place. It’s cozy, warm, tastefully decorated, suited in the city centre right opposite St... Andrew’s House.The personnel are very professional, kind and easy to chat. I’ve been there several times and they are always helpful and they seem to do it with passion. It’s quite rare though as I’ve been to other places and I find the staff often to be moody or quite ditzy, no offence to anyone.I was thrilled with fat freezing treatment. I’m definitely going to have it done again once they are allowed to open. The prices are a bit higher in comparison with several beauty salons, but the treatment actually works and it’s worth it.read more

I had a course of treatment at this clinic to remedy problem upper arms that I felt very self conscious about. I was... quite nervous about coming in as I have never had beauty treatments before but both Lauren and Chloe were incredibly welcoming and reassuring. From the moment at that I contacted Lauren and Chloe to enquire about a treatment the service and experience has been... faultless. All of the correspondence I initially received was personable, professional and informative and I felt no pressure at all, no questions was too big of two small. After my consultation with Lauren I was so excited to start my treatment as I felt so very well informed and instantly comfortable.
