What to expect during your byCONCERN Facial:

During the treatment, you will lie comfortably on the treatment couch. The skin specialist will cleanse your skin with the most suitable pHformula skincare products. This will ensure that the skin is prepared, and the surface is clean and free from any bacteria. During this stage, a skin consultation will take place with our experience skin specialist. This will allow us to discuss your concerns, lifestyle, habits, and, most importantly, current skincare regime. 

Every skin is beautiful and individual; off the back of the consultation, a personal treatment plan will be created for your records.

This personal plan may include an Obagi Blue peel RADIANCE, chemical resurfacing or dermaplaning to remove facial hair.

Images will be taken for our records to allow us to track your progress. Once the skin is prepped if suitable our medical-grade Celluma LED device is used to stimulate the skin and enhance your facial results. 

The skin absorbs the LED light, which energises the fibroblast cells in the dermis; the cells become energised and produce collagen, increase elasticity and hyaluronic acid, and accelerate healing. LED light uses different wavelengths, which work on different mechanisms within the cells. The Celluma LED light therapy also regulates oil production, calms melanocyte cells (where pigmentation is present), kills bacteria and creates up to 200% more cell rejuvenation within 48 hours. 

The process can be described as a warm, tingling feeling, which leaves the skin with an instant pink appearance. After the LED facial, your skin will be energised, warm and glowing.

pHformula chemical resurfacing
This resurfacing treatment is specifically designed to pass through the top layer of the skin and target the deeper layers.
The action of pHformula is totally different from conventional peeling treatments. Peels mainly cause skin exfoliation, whereas pHformula-controlled resurfacing will promote cell regeneration in the various skin layers, reducing skin trauma and superficial irritation.

Dermaplaning
