Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our clinic’s terms and conditions.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Prior to your appointment, you will receive one or two medical questionnaires; please complete these before attending.

ATTENDING THE CLINIC:

• If attending a skin consultation or facial treatment, please attend makeup-free.
• If a treatment is taking place, a notice will be on the door instructing you to ring the doorbell for assistance; please only do so 5 minutes before your appointment time.
• The waiting area at the clinic has limited seating; therefore, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. We offer many personal/intimate treatments and entering a busy waiting room can be overwhelming for some clients. 

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

A 50% deposit is required upon booking an appointment.

Consultations are charged at £30.

• Both are non-refundable if cancelled 72 hours before your appointment time.  

Please note that we do not accept cancellations outside business hours and are closed on Sundays and Mondays. 

• If you have paid for a treatment course in advance, the terms above will still apply, and the equivalent of 50% will be payable before the appointment is rebooked.
• If a complimentary appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours or missed, you will be charged a minimum fee of £30 for this and £30 for any future consultation appointments.
• If an appointment is cancelled within 72 hours or missed on more than one occasion, all subsequent appointments will require full payment upon booking.

If you decide not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be held as a credit on your client file/clinic account. While deposits are generally non-refundable, we appreciate that circumstances may arise, and in such cases, the deposit may be refunded, with a £15 administration fee applied.

LATE ARRIVALS:

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

The above deposit policy will apply if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled due to lateness. 

Late arrivals will still be charged the full treatment cost.

CHILDREN IN THE CLINIC:

We regret that we cannot allow children in the clinic at any time due to health and safety reasons.

DISCOUNTS:

Discounts can not be:

• Used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
• Transferred to another client.
• Extended past the expiration dates.
